There is no legal or official table of fees. Fees are based on the principle of moderation, considering the time spent, the difficulty of the matter, the importance of the service provided, the client’s means, the results achieved, and the practice and customs of the judicial circuit. This is what is stipulated in Article 100/1 of Law 15/2005 of 26 of January (Statutes of the Bar of Association)
Nevertheless, it is possible in most cases, to provide in advance a very approximate estimate of the costs that the client will incur in fees and other expenses related to his case. For single notarial acts, competency of the lawyers and solicitors, such as certifying documents, authentications, certifying translations, our office has a price table, thus, it is possible to know the respective cost beforehand.
